This policy describes what Hyperpriors collects through www.hyperpriors.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.
What we collect
Contact details. If you use the contact form or email us, we receive whatever you send: typically your name, email address, organisation, and message. We collect nothing from the form beyond what you type into it.
Basic analytics. We collect aggregate usage data about the site: pages visited, approximate region, referrer, browser type. This tells us which pages are read and which are not. It is not tied to your identity, and we do not use it to build profiles of individuals.
Operational logs. Our hosting infrastructure keeps standard server logs (IP address, request path, timestamp) for security and debugging. These are retained briefly and then discarded.
How we use it

- To operate, secure, and improve the site
- To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used
That is the complete list. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for advertising. We do not send marketing email unless you have explicitly asked for it, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.
Subprocessors
Like most software companies, we rely on a small number of service providers to run our infrastructure: hosting, email delivery, and analytics. Each processes data only on our instructions and only to provide their service to us. We choose providers with published security practices and data processing agreements in place.
Retention
We keep contact correspondence for as long as it remains relevant to an ongoing conversation or relationship, and delete it when it no longer is. Analytics data is aggregate from the point of collection.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will do so without ceremony. Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights; nothing in this policy limits them.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update this page and revise the date above. We will not quietly weaken it and hope nobody notices.
