Legal
Terms
Updated
These terms govern your use of the Hyperpriors website and, during our private beta, the Hyperpriors platform. By using either, you agree to them. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to do so.
The service
Hyperpriors is currently in private beta. Access is by invitation, and the specifics of your access — scope, duration, pricing, support — are set out in the agreement or order under which you were invited. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.
Beta software changes. Features may be added, altered, or removed, and we may suspend or end beta access at our discretion. We will give reasonable notice where we can.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to break the law, or to help anyone else do so
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without written permission
- Attempt to access accounts, data, or infrastructure that are not yours
- Resell, sublicense, or provide the service to third parties without our agreement
- Use the service to build a directly competing product, or benchmark it publicly without our consent
- Interfere with the operation of the service or place unreasonable load on it
We may suspend access that we reasonably believe violates these terms.
Your data
You retain all rights to data you submit to the service. You grant us the licence needed to operate the service on your behalf: to process, store, and transmit your data as required to provide it. Our handling of personal data is described in our privacy policy.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. This is beta software; do not rely on it as the sole safeguard for anything that cannot tolerate failure.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hyperpriors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
